COVID-19 update July 2020: I am offering therapy sessions online or by telephone as an alternative to face to face meetings for the time being. When sessions can resume in person safely, these will be held in my office at Saville Court in Clifton Village. For Dyslexia and Autism Spectrum assessments please contact me to discuss options. Best wishes, Stella

Services offered

My practice covers adults and children and includes therapy, assessments and consultation to professionals.

I use a range of specialist therapies that have strong research evidence. These include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) for anxiety and depression and Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for post-traumatic stress. Often we will also use ideas from Compassion Focused Therapy and Mindfulness to help manage self criticism and worry.

My clients may be navigating life’s ups and downs or may have experienced longstanding difficulties. I have experience in working with people who have been fostered and adopted.

I carry out assessments and support regarding Dyslexia and Autism Spectrum Conditions in children and adults. These include assessments for people at university.

My practice also offers Clinical Supervision and consultation to professionals. I have been supervising for over 10 years and have BPS approved SDS Accreditation in Clinical Supervision Level 3 (Advanced).
